A 47-year-old German asylum seeker, originally from Afghanistan, has been spared jail and has instead received a 15-month suspended sentence after sexually abusing three children as young as five.
The unnamed man was found guilty of sexual abuse and bodily harm towards three young boys who were all aged between five and six-years-old.
The abuse took place in community accommodation in the Friedberg area at the start of the year…
/Stefan Lenzenhuber, the judge in the case, changed the man’s sentence to suspended, which means that he will not face any actual prison time for the four counts of sexual abuse and bodily harm that he has been found guilty of.
