Islam and Sex Abuse

Unbeknownst to most non-Muslims is that Islamic doctrines are rife with promotion of several types of sexual deviance and abuse.

In both the Quran and the hadith, it is written that numerous types of sexual assault, ranging from rape to pedophilia, are justified in the name of Islam. The Quran and the hadith both condone sexual assault — and in many cases, even justify such acts as “holy” or “sacred.”

In order to properly analyze this topic and how it relates to Islam, we must take a look at various factors. One of these factors regards a man who was the founder and holiest prophet of Islam: Muhammad. According to several verses in the Quran, the prophet Muhammad was the perfect man whose character was divine and to be replicated in all ways possible.

This has been described in several verses, such as Quran 33:21, Quran 68:4, Quran 4:80, Quran 4:59, and Quran 5:92. Knowing this, we must ask ourselves: what kind of man was Muhammad?…
