Merkel’s migrants spark German FGM epidemic

A massive migrant surge from North Africa has sparked a disturbing rise in female genital mutilation cases in Germany, according to a Berlin-based woman’s rights group.

Terre des Femmes have spoken out about the issue – which joins rape and sexual assault as one of the many social issues caused by the radical change in migration policy caused by Merkel’s foolish 2015 decision to invite refugees into Germany en masse.

The group estimates a 20% increase in instances of the brutal FGM procedure, rising by 10,000 to roughly 58,000 in the last year, while warning that as many as 13,000 other young girls could be at serious risk.

A spokesperson for the group attributed the shocking rise to “the influx from countries such as Eritrea, Somalia, and Iraq”, and highlighted a refusal to discuss the issue among migrants from Guinea and Somalia in particular…
