Als buffer voor nieuwe grote vluchtelingenstromen

Er moet een eind komen aan het steeds weer openen en sluiten van asielzoekerscentra (azc). Als oplossing kunnen zogenoemde reserve-azc’s worden ingericht die de buffer vormen voor als er weer een grote toestroom van vluchtelingen is.

Dat zeggen bestuursvoorzitter Gerard Bakker van het Centraal Orgaan opvang Asielzoekers (COA) en de Haarlemse burgemeester Jos Wienen, namens de VNG, in een interview zaterdag…
